The establishment in Greece of the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICh which is accredited as CIHEAM Institute was ratified by Greece by 1537/85 (Official Journal A 48) and thus obtained the supralegislative validity of Article 28 par. 1 of the Greek Constitution.
